“HISTORICAL CORRIDOR LAMAR AVE GETS A FACELIFT AND AIMS TO REVITALIZE THE COMMUNITY”
(Memphis, TN – August 4, 2016) Please join Living Word Memphis and Revitalize Memphis Community Development Corporation as they embark on a historical acquisition venture to restore one of the main corridors of the city of Memphis. Daryl Vinson, Communications Director of Revitalize Memphis and Founders, Pastor Derek and Chanielle Talbird are working in collaboration to end blight in the city by extending an open invitation for citizens to join the cleanup initiative of the newly acquired property on Saturday, August 13th, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at 3728 Lamar Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee, 38118.
REVITALIZE MEMPHIS is committed to restoration within the community by providing a state of the art youth center, health and wellness center, a multi-purpose plex designed with the community stakeholders in mind. In addition to, creating a comprehensive plan for entrepreneurship incubator that will stimulate the economy while building generational sustainability, their efforts will be duly noted and received within the community. “In order, for real change to take place, community leaders must provide services in which the community needs are obtainable.
